What the board is
It is live traffic, not a timetable. Every row is an aircraft a receiver is hearing right now, within about 300 km of the airport, whose route places it as arriving or departing there.
Because it is built from aircraft rather than schedules, a flight that has not taken off yet will not appear, and neither will one outside receiver coverage. Times to landing are estimates from distance and ground speed.
